From the months of March to June, the RARCC facilitated a dive guide training program for 7 local men from the islands of Raja Ampat to become PADI professionals for P.T. Papua Diving, under the instruction of PADI Dive Instructor Rakhmat Saidi and English teacher Jasmine Togeretz.
