In conjunction with Kayak4Conservation and in collaboration with Papuans, the RARCC has established a network of locally owned guesthouses offering accommodation to the kayakers during their kayak trips.
The RARCC has extended interest free loans to interested parties within the Raja Ampat archipelago and knowledge is shared for the construction of these guesthouses. Once construction is complete, each guesthouse owner is accountable for management and maintenance of their own enterprise.
Currently the platform entails eight guesthouse owners allocated along a specific Kayak4Conservation route.
